PET&PBT Spinning Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Masterbatch LXM-745M , possesses high thermal stability exceeding the spinning temperature and does not decompose at high temperatures. It is well-miscible with PET and PBT, preventing spinneret clogging and ensuring uninterrupted spinning. It has minimal impact on the properties of the PET and PBT fibers themselves, exhibiting good compatibility with the polyester matrix and minimal migration or precipitation, thus ensuring fiber strength. The resulting PET and PBT fibers have good color and dyeability, without affecting subsequent textile and dyeing processes.

I. Product Introduction
LXM-745M is an excellent polyester flame retardant. It is a phosphorus-nitrogen composite halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch widely used in polyester PET spinning, PET extrusion, and PBT spinning. Compared with traditional PET flame retardants, it has higher flame retardant efficiency, higher melting point, higher temperature resistance, is halogen-free, and more environmentally friendly. The process does not affect the material's transparency, does not clog filters during fiber drawing, and does not stick to PET during baking, exhibiting high adaptability to various production processes.

IV. Main Applications
This product is used in PET flame-retardant spinning and PET flame-retardant film preparation. The recommended addition amount is approximately 10-13%.
V. Packaging and Storage
Inner plastic woven bag, net weight 25KG per bag. Store and transport as non-toxic and non-hazardous goods. Avoid moisture.
PET&PBT Spinning Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Masterbatch, is embedded within the fiber through copolymerization or blending, resulting in a permanent flame-retardant effect and water resistance. Typically, only a low addition of 10-13% is needed to achieve the desired flame-retardant effect. It is free of halogens and heavy metals, produces low smoke and is non-toxic when burning, and does not generate highly toxic substances such as dioxins. Using PET as a carrier, it has high compatibility with the matrix resin, and does not leach, bloom, or yellow.
